2. Information we collect and why

Please do not include sensitive information, military operational information, access codes, ID numbers, payment-card information, or health information in a request.

3. How the forms work

The website normally sends the request through a protected server endpoint to cleanxkorea@gmail.com. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the website may open your email application with a prepared message so you can review it before pressing Send.

Google provides the Gmail delivery and mailbox service. Google may process or store email data in countries outside Korea under its applicable terms and safeguards. By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you request this transmission so CLEANX can answer your inquiry.

For spam prevention, CLEANX checks a hidden form field, the time spent completing the form, duplicate submissions and a short-lived request limit derived from network information. This security data is used only to protect the form and is not used for advertising.

4. Legal retention

If an inquiry becomes a transaction, CLEANX may retain records for periods required by Korean law. These may include records relating to contracts or cancellation and payment or supply for five years, consumer complaints or disputes for three years, and advertising records for six months. Data kept only for a legal obligation is not used for unrelated marketing.

5. Sharing and service providers

CLEANX does not sell personal information. Information may be handled only when needed by:

• Google/Gmail, for receiving and storing inquiry emails;
• OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers, for website hosting, delivery and security;
• professional advisers or public authorities when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

WhatsApp and KakaoTalk are separate services. If you contact CLEANX through them, their own privacy terms apply.

International email processing

You may refuse this transfer by not submitting the web form and contacting CLEANX by telephone instead. Without the transfer, CLEANX cannot receive a web-form inquiry by email.

6. Your choices and rights

You may refuse to provide optional information. Required contact details are necessary for CLEANX to respond, so refusing them may prevent us from handling the request.

You may ask to access, correct, delete or suspend processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting cleanxkorea@gmail.com. CLEANX will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. Statutory retention obligations may limit immediate deletion.

7. Security, children and changes

CLEANX uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect inquiry information and limits access to people who need it for business purposes. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This service is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us for deletion.

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
